Usage Instructions: After bathing or cleaning, drop aromatherapy oil into the palm, rub your palms together lightly twice. Evenly apply the oil along the Stomach Meridian path, massaging in circular motions with appropriate pressure. Focus on massaging the following acupoints.

The twelve meridians each have five important acupoints below the elbow and knee joints, named Yin Meridian: Jing (Wood), Ying (Fire), Shu (Earth), Jing (Metal), and He (Water); Yang Meridian: Jing (Metal), Ying (Water), Shu (Wood), Jing (Fire), and He (Earth), collectively known as the “Five Shu Points”.
