Usage Instructions: After bathing or cleaning, drop aromatherapy oil into the palm, rub your palms together lightly twice. Evenly apply the oil along the Kidney Meridian path, massaging in circular motions with appropriate pressure. Focus on massaging the following acupoints.
The twelve meridians each have five important acupoints below the elbow and knee joints, named Jing (Wood), Ying (Fire), Shu (Earth), Jing (Metal), and He (Water), collectively known as the “Five Shu Points.”
The Five Shu Acupoints of the Kidney Meridian (Water) are: Yongquan (Jing), Rangu (Ying), Taixi (Shu), Fuliu (Jing), and Yingu (He)

Dosage: Adults, use 10-20 drops of aromatherapy oil each time, twice daily.
