Essential oil ingredients: Angelica root, vitex, rose de mal absolute, jasmine sambac absolute, rose geranium, sandalwood, anise seed, pimento berry, cypriol, ginger, sage, thyme ct linalool, mugwort, rosemary ct verbenone etc…

Base oil ingredients: Sunflower/Almonds Sweet... (all-natural ingredients without any artificial chemicals).

Usage Instructions:

- After bathing or cleansing, place a few drops of the aromatherapy oil in the palm of one hand.
- Rub both palms together lightly.
- Apply the oil evenly to the entire abdominal area for massage.
- Start from the center of the abdomen and massage in a clockwise direction using circular motions.
- Focus on specific acupressure points: Yinjiao, Qihai, Shimen, Guanyuan, Zhongji, Chongmen, Fushe, Fujie, and Qichong.

Recommended Dosage for Adults:

- Use 10-15 drops of aromatic oil per application.
- Apply once daily or as needed, with a minimum 4-hour interval between applications.

- For severe cases, seek medical attention promptly; do not delay treatment.
