Suitable for: Individuals who are elderly, have weakened circulation, and experience swelling of the lymph nodes in the limbs; those who spend long hours sitting in offices with minimal physical activity, leading to numbness in the hands and feet; and individuals who stand for extended periods without taking breaks, resulting in swelling around the lower limb joints.

Appearance: Transparent light yellow plant oil.

Essential oil ingredients: Sandalwood, amyris, ginger, celery seed, clove bud, pink grapefruit, pine scotch, peppermint, ravensara, thyme ct linalool, frankincense, etc...

Base oil ingredients: Sunflower/Almonds Sweet... (all-natural ingredients without any artificial chemicals).

Usage Instructions: Place a few drops of the aromatherapy oil in the palm of one hand, rub both palms together gently, and then evenly apply the aromatherapy oil to the areas with lymph nodes. Use circular motions with appropriate pressure, massaging each area 10-15 times. Focus on the following acupoints as well.

Cervical lymph nodes: Tianchuang point, Tianrong point, Wangu point.

Axillary lymph nodes: Tianxi point, Tanzhong point.

Lymph nodes in the cubital fossa: Quchi point, Juiliao point.

Lumbar lymph nodes: Shenshu point, Dachangshu point.

Abdominal lymph nodes: Qihai point, Shuishui point, Tianshu point.

Inguinal lymph nodes: Qugu point, Zhibian point, Chengfu point.

Popliteal lymph nodes: Xuehai point, Ququan point, Yinlingquan point, Sanyinjiao point.

Recommended Dosage:

Adults: Use 5-20 drops of the aromatherapy oil per application, up to three times a day, with a minimum of 2 hours between applications.
